Step 1 - Before I can start with your personalized drawing I need some information about your inquiry. This includes a picture of the subject (car) that I should draw for you. I will help you to find the perfect reference picture. Another possibility is to add some personal wishes like a logo or something else. It is also possible to add a background like a racing track or a beautiful landscape.
Step 2 - When I know exactly what you want I calculate how much it will cost to create this drawing. The price depends on the time which is required to create the artwork and the complexity of the reference picture. If you want a background for your drawing the price will go up a little bit.
I offer two different sizes for my marker artworks: Din A4 (21x29,7cm) and Din A3 (29,7x42cm) on a high quality 250g paper. A frame is not included, but I can help you find the right one to make it look perfect.
Payment - I always take 50% as a deposit before I start with the drawing. It is possible to place the payment via PayPal or as a bank transfer. The final payment will follow once I finished the commission. In addition to the payment you have to pay the shipping costs. In Germany I provide the shipping for free, but if you are located somewhere else I'll send you the exact shipping costs. It doesn't matter where you are located, I already shipped my drawings around the world.
Step 3 - Now it's my turn and I start to make your car coming alive as a drawing. I always try to go beyond your expectations, it is my goal to impress you. Below this text you can see the process in three pictures. During this process I constantly send you pictures of the progress on your Mail or through an Instagram Directmessage. There you have the opportunity to follow the process and to tell me if you want to change something. Before I post something on my social media I will ask your for permission and I will hide the number plates.
Step 4 - When I am finished with the drawing I will show you the final result. Because it is my priority to have happy customers you still have the opportunity to give me feedback and I can still make some small changes.
Final Payment - Before I ship the drawing you have to pay the pending amount, these are the final 50% and the shipping costs.
Shipping - Once I received them I will ship the drawing. You also have the opportunity to track the shipping progress with a tracking number that I will send you. If there are any issues with the shipping I will provide you informations and will investigate where it's stuck. My drawings are always insured and If you won't receive the package you will get your money back. But till now I shipped more than 200 drawings and at the end everyone received his drawing.
Step 5 - At the end I hope I could live up your expectations and that you receive the drawing in perfect condition. On picture 3 you see an example how your commission could look like.

Schritt 1 - Im Vorfeld benötige ich einige Informationen über die Art der Zeichnung und die persönlichen Wünsche. Dabei benötige ich ein geeignetes Foto von dem Auto in guter Auflösung und passender Perspektive. Hier helfe ich gerne mit das richtige Bild zu finden. Außerdem gehe ich auch auf individuelle Wünsche ein wie z.B. Bilder mit einem Hintergrund einer Landschaft oder einer Rennstrecke, oder auch Logos oder ähnliches.
Schritt 2 - Wenn ich dann über den Auftrag genau bescheid weiß kann ich berechnen was dieser kosten wird. Der Preis hängt von dem zeitlichen Aufwand und der Komplexität der Zeichnung ab. Außerdem kostet es ein bisschen mehr, wenn ein Hintergrund hinzu kommt.
Ich biete zwei unterschiedliche Größen meiner Marker Zeichnungen an, Din A4 in 21x29,7cm und Din A3 in 29,7x42cm, beide auf hochwertigem 250g Papier. Ein Rahmen ist nicht enthalten, ich kann aber gerne helfen den richtigen zu finden damit die Zeichnung am Ende perfekt präsentiert werden kann.
Bezahlung - Ich nehme immer 50% als Anzahlung bevor ich anfange. Die Bezahlung kann als Überweisung oder per PayPal geschehen. Die restliche Zahlung folgt dann wenn ich die Zeichnung fertiggestellt habe. Zusätzlich kommen noch die Versandkosten zum Kaufpreis. In Deutschland ist der Versand inklusive, in anderen Ländern kommen allerdings noch zusätzliche Kosten hinzu. Ich versende Meine Zeichnungen rund um die Welt.
Schritt 3 - Jetzt ist es meine Aufgabe die Zeichnung zum Leben zu erwecken. Mein Anspruch an Meine Zeichnungen ist sehr hoch und meine oberste Priorität liegt darauf die Erwartungen meiner Kunden zu übertreffen. Den Zeichenprozess könnt ihr unter diesem Text sehen und ein Bild davon bekommen wie ich arbeite. Ich sende euch während dem Prozess immer ein paar Bilder damit ihr den Fortschritt mitverfolgen könnt und kontrollieren ob alles passt. Bevor ich auf meinen Sozial Media Kanälen etwas poste frage ich erst nach und das Kennzeichen wird immer ausgeblendet.
Schritt 4 - Wenn ich die Zeichnung fertiggestellt habe schicke ich ein Bild von dem Endergebnis. Hier kann ich immer noch auf Wünsche und Kritik eingehen und gegebenenfalls noch kleine Details verändern.
Letzte Bezahlung - Bevor ich die Zeichnung versende müssen zuerst noch die restlichen 50% und die Versandkosten bezahlt werden.
Versand - Wenn ich die Bezahlung erhalten habe versende ich die Zeichnung. Den Versand kann man mit einer Tracking Nummer verfolgen. Wenn es Probleme mit der Sendung gibt kümmere ich mich sofort darum und hole Informationen ein um das Problem zu lösen. Meine Zeichnung sind immer zu 100% versichert und im unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass sie verloren geht wird der gesamte Betrag zurückgezahlt. Bisher habe ich aber schon über 200 Zeichnungen versendet und sie kamen immer beim Kunden an.
Schritt 5 - Schlussendlich hoffe ich, dass die Zeichnungen alle Erwartungen erfüllt und im perfekten Zustand angekommen ist. Bei dem dritten Bild kann man sehen, wie so eine Zeichnung aussehen könnte.
